BOILER BREAKDOWNS

 

We have a team of engineers ready to repair your boiler or heating system and where possible we will try and get to you within two hours, our vans are stocked with the most common heating parts and if your boiler needs a part which has to be ordered we will usually have it within 24hrs . We repair all makes of boiler ( see below for full list ) and are qualified to work on all types of systems including combination boilers , system boilers , open flued boilers and unvented hot water cylinders .

7 pm to 7am  £75.00 per hour plus parts and VAT

 

If repair is not completed in the first hour you will be quoted a fixed price.

We do not charge for time obtaining parts.

BOILER SERVICING

 

 

Your boiler needs to be serviced every twelve months to comply with manufacturers warranties and to be as efficient as it possibly can . We use combustion analysers to check boiler emissions and carbon monoxide levels . We will gas rate your boiler and check burner pressures , check case seals , look for signs of possible leaks or corosion , check all safety devices are functioning properly and carry out a soundness test on your gas supply . After every service we will issue you with a certificate for your records.
